St Killian College grant to Healthy and Smart Children Foundation

<p><p>&lt;p&gt;A Gesture of Compassion, A Gift of Hope!&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;On the 16th of December 2025, Year 10 students of St Killian&amp;rsquo;s College proudly presented a &amp;pound;2,000 grant to the Healthy and Smart Children Foundation, led by Dr Christian Oko.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;This generous grant is dedicated to the execution of a clean water project in two communities in Afikpo &amp;mdash; Ozizza and Ibii, where access to fresh water is needed most. Through this support, lives will be improved, health will be protected, and hope will flow into these communities.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Year 10 intentionally chose this worthy charity as their focus for the year, raising funds through various creative and purposeful initiatives. Their commitment goes beyond fundraising, it reflects empathy, global awareness, and a genuine desire to make an impact.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;We shared a truly enjoyable and inspiring morning connecting with the foundation in Nigeria via Zoom, learning firsthand about the work being done and the lives being touched. This engagement has further strengthened our resolve to continue supporting and fundraising for this impactful cause.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;To our incredible students: thank you for proving that compassion has no borders, and that young hearts can drive real change.&lt;/p&gt;</p></p>
