CycleWise proudly visited Comprehensive Girls Secondary School, Abakaliki, as part of our ongoing school outreach program. It was a day filled with learning, inspiration, and empowerment.
We engaged the students in open conversations about menstrual health, hygiene, and breaking the stigma around periods. Together, we discussed the importance of self-care, confidence, and supporting one another, because no girl should ever feel limited by her cycle.
One of the highlights was distributing reusable pads to the students, giving them not just a tool for managing their period, but also a symbol of dignity, sustainability, and hope. These small acts go a long way in keeping girls in school, reducing period poverty, and building a future where every child can learn without barriers.
At CycleWise, we believe that education is power, and empowerment begins with knowledge. Every visit strengthens our mission to ensure that girls grow with confidence, boys learn to respect and support, and communities embrace menstrual health as a natural part of life.
It was not just an outreach; it was a movement, a step closer to a world where menstrual health is normalized and every young person is thriving.
Together, we are raising a generation that will no longer whisper about periods but speak boldly about health, dignity, and equality.
